FIELD: corrosion-resistant protection.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a corrosion-resistant bushing for the internal protection of pipelines. Corrosion-resistant bushing for internal protection of pipelines, containing a cylindrical bushing flared at the ends, in the middle part of which stops are made. Centering stops are mounted in the middle of the sleeve length evenly along its perimeter, made with the possibility of centering the sleeve, as well as fixing it in the connected pipes and preventing longitudinal and axial shift in the pipeline, a thermally expanding layer is applied on the outer surface of the sleeve in its central part, covering the joints of the centering stops with a bushing, and along the edges of the bushing from the thermally expanding layer on its outer surface with the possibility of protecting the bushing from overvoltage during thermal exposure, a heat-insulating layer is applied.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability of protecting the welded seam and near-weld space of the pipeline from corrosion, as well as protecting the sleeve from corrosion and metal overstresses as a result of thermal effects when connecting pipes and preventing longitudinal and axial shift of the sleeve in the pipeline.
