SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to the field of vending trade, in particular to vending machines (devices), installed mainly in passenger vehicles, as well as means and methods of vending trade using such vending machines, which enable automatic sale of goods, including during travel and use of transport. Claimed technical result is achieved by the fact that the vending machine, made with possibility of placement in the vehicle cabin, is a removable transformable means of storing and selling goods, including a flat base, on which a plurality of commodity storage cells are fixed, made with possibility of individual access to each cell, and equipped at least one locking element providing fixation of at least one cell to the base, as well as control and/or blocking and/or control-blocking devices, connected with possibility of data or signals exchange, with at least one controller, providing control of specified devices of device cells. System for selling goods in a vehicle cabin includes at least one vending machine, computing devices of a user and/or a supplier, equipped with a computer program, which enables to exchange data with a database of a system for selling goods, as well as a means of identifying a specific vending machine and/or a specific user. Claimed apparatus, as well as a system based thereon, are characterized by a high degree of ergonomics and transformability, as well as modularity of elements, which simplifies the transportability of the system elements (vending machines), increases the safety of the system operation (both on the side of the user and on the side of the goods supplier).

EFFECT: increasing the safety of the vending system installed in the vehicle, when used by both the passenger and the driver (or the vending supplier), while maintaining both the reliability of the system elements and the ergonomics of the vehicle cabin.
