FIELD: drilling.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of drilling waste treatment and the production of artificial soil mixtures based on drill cuttings formed as a result of drilling oil and gas wells. In the method for treating drilling waste, phosphogypsum or technical gypsum, calcium oxide, aluminum sulfate and a sand fraction, as well as a sorbent containing in wt. %: silicon oxide 25-80, carbon 15-75 and humic acids 5-10, after which the components are mixed according to the volume of waste, while using the following ratios of these components and drilling waste, wt. %: sorbent 1-3; phosphogypsum or technical gypsum 2-4; calcium oxide 0.5-1; aluminum sulfate 0.5-1.5; sand fraction 26.0-40.5; drilling waste up to 100%. As a sandy fraction, one should use natural sand or loam, or a sandy-clay fraction, or a mixture of sand with natural soil formed during the construction of a drilling barn, in accordance with its sandy loam or loam, and the soil is used in an amount of 5-7 wt. % of the amount of the mixture. As calcium oxide, ground or crushed quicklime is used. When treating the waste of a mud pit, after mixing with the addition of drilling waste, it is covered with clay, a layer of soil is applied until the mud pit area is leveled with the adjacent relief, and seeds of perennial crops are sown.

EFFECT: proposed method for treating drilling waste ensures obtaining soil that performs the function of a parent rock, due to the reduction of the parameters of the resulting soil, namely: water permeability, increased dimension of its particles, the permissible hazard class and water absorption to the indicators corresponding to the parent rock.
