FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drilling of vertical, directional and horizontal wells, in particular represented by thick deposits of high-viscosity clays, prone to swelling and softening, including with changes in wellbore integrity, especially in its horizontal part. Emulsion-inhibited reversible drilling mud for well drilling contains, wt. %: marble chips 5–10; polyanionic cellulose 5–10; potassium chloride 2–5; potassium methyl siliconate 1–4; potassium acetate 1.5–4; ferrochrome lignosulphonate 1–5; organosilicon liquid GKZh-11 2–5; barite 0.5–5; potassium aluminate 1–5; surfactant - OP-10 1–2; surfactant - neonol AF-9-12 1–2; emulsifier MP 1–5; ester of tall oil acids and triethalonolamine - emulsifier emultal 1–5; polymer reagent for reducing fluid loss of drilling fluids - reagent K-4 1–10; flaked graphite 0.5–5; sunflower seeds processing product - vegetable oil production wastes 1–10; water is the rest.
EFFECT: improvement of structural-rheological, inhibiting, lubricating, filtration, invert, fixing, anti-seizure and environmental properties of drilling mud for construction of wells in complex geological conditions.
