SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and can be used as a source of chaotic electromagnetic oscillations. Chaotic oscillation generator comprises resistor 1, bipolar element with capacitance 2, double-pole element with negative inductive resistance 3, double-pole element with inductance resistance 4, non-linear impedance converter 5 and linear current converter 6, wherein the nonlinear impedance converter comprises a first voltage amplifier, first, second and third resistors, first and second active four-terminal circuits and a first current generator, a bipolar element with a negative inductive reactance comprises a two-terminal element with an inductive reactance, third active four-terminal circuit, second and third current generators, linear current converter comprises transistor, second voltage amplifier, first and second current mirrors, fourth, fifth and sixth current generators.
EFFECT: technical result consists in expanding the capabilities of tuning the characteristics of the generated chaotic signal without changing the parameters of the energy-storing elements due to the fact that the chaotic attractor is modified without changing the nominal values of the reactive elements by changing the parameters of the transfer characteristic of the nonlinear impedance converter.
