FIELD: agriculture; machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building, namely to devices for loose cargoes lifting, layer leveling, mixing and cooling of grain heaps and other loose materials. Pneumatic screw agitator of loose materials comprises a housing of a pneumatic screw installation for lifting loose cargoes with a vertical auger and a drive of this auger, a pneumatic chamber tightly connected to the housing and a fan. Pneumatic chamber is connected by means of a confuser with a dust collector, and to maintain the required porosity of the grain layer, which ensures reduction of injuries of the grain heap by the auger turns, in the confuser there installed are ultrasonic sensors of the system for automatic control of air flow rate to control the carry-over of material into the confuser of the dust collector, which monitor the position of the grain heap. When particles enter the zone of passage of ultrasonic waves from the third sensor, the automatics smoothly reduces the frequency of rotation of the fan and maintains optimal rarefaction, at which the level of grain is between the first and second sensors.

EFFECT: invention provides higher quality of material turning and its cooling, reduced injuries of grain heap and other loose materials, reduced metal consumption of the structure.
