FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production and preparation of gas and gas condensate for long-distance transport in the Far North. Method for automatic maintenance of density of unstable gas condensate using air cooling devices (ACD) in low-temperature gas separation plants includes cleaning gas condensate mixture from mechanical impurities and its separation into gas and mixture of unstable gas condensate (UGC) - oil and gas with aqueous solution of inhibitor, ASI. UGC is supplied by pump to main condensate pipeline, MCP. To control density of oil-and-gas condensation, an automated process control system (APCS) controls the system and simultaneously controls gas temperature in the low-temperature separator. APCS of the installation generates a message to the operator and/or ICS of the field and the enterprise on the need to change the operating mode of the installation and the transition to automatic search of its new parameters, when the temperature in the low-temperature separator reaches its maximum allowable upper value with the ACD being involved for 100 % of its cooling capacity. APCS changes pressure drop at KP before low-temperature separator, controlling the degree of gas condensate mixture throttling on it or by increasing or decreasing the flow rate of the produced gas condensate mixture in the installation.

EFFECT: higher reliability and safety of MCP operation.
