FIELD: hoisting and transport engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hoisting and transport engineering, and in particular to the end beams of overhead cranes. The end beam (1) of the bridge crane contains a metal structure in which flangeless running wheels (2) are installed with shafts (3) mounted in bearing assemblies, at least one of which is kinematically connected to the drive mechanism (4). The beam (1) is equipped with a set of blocks of side adjustable rollers (5) installed on opposite sides of the rails (6) of the crane runway. The rollers are installed with the possibility of contact with the side surface of the head (7) of the rails (6). The rollers are made in the form of circular cylinders and are rigidly mounted on vertical axes (8) with eccentricity relative to their center. The axles are equipped with gear elements (9) that ensure their rotation through a certain angle and are equipped with locks (10) for their position.
EFFECT: reduction of labor costs associated with the manufacture and their machining for making running wheels with flanges, eliminating the need to replace running wheels with worn flanges or an unacceptable distance between flanges when installed on a crane runway with other types of rails.
