SUBSTANCE: frontal sprinkling machine comprises a multi-section truss water conveyance belt with sprinkling nozzles, a cantilever pipeline, head and intermediate wheel supports with an electric drive, a generator unit, an automatic control system, and a flexible water conveyance lay-flat hose. The water conveyance hose is connected to the hydrant of a closed irrigation network and to the connection node, when located on the surface of a field in the form of a vertical loop placed on folding fixed lodgements of a combined loop-forming apparatus used as a coil for winding and transporting the hose.

EFFECT: increase in the coefficient of land use up to 0.5% of the area of the irrigated area is provided, as well as use of a loop-forming apparatus for winding and transporting a lay-flat water conveyance hose.
