FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to a set of metal implant with auxiliary polymer products for surgical treatment of severe injuries and consequences of injuries of shoulder joint with traumatic loss of bone mass of glenoid with application of reverse total prosthesis. Set contains an individual metal implant-augment, a fitting polymer model of an articular process of a scapula and a fitting polymer model of metagenes. Fitting polymer models are shaped to repeat the shape of the patient's right or left shoulder joint involved in the pathological process and restored to the level of a healthy bone. Individual metal implant-augment is made on a laser printer using 3D technology from a titanium alloy. Individual metal implant-augment follows the shape of the prefabricated polymer fitting model and corresponds to the section of the right or left scapula restored to the level of the healthy bone. Individual metal implant is made of a cylindrical shape with an outer convex surface facing the metaglene, repeating the shape of the inner surface of the metaglene, with an inner surface repeating the shape of the injured articular process of the scapula, and with a central axial round hole to accommodate a metaglene stem during the implantation of the glenoidal component of the prosthesis with the length of the stem specified by the computed tomography results. In the body of an individual metal implant there are 3 to 4 equally spaced through holes of an oval shape to accommodate the screws fixing the metaglene to the glenoid.

EFFECT: achieving medialization of the shoulder rotation point in the shoulder joint for more complete activation of the deltoid muscle abduction and flexion function.
