SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and can be used in control systems of land, marine and air space using direct and scattered with objects radio signals emitted by multiple uncontrolled and controlled transmitters of radioelectronic systems for various purposes. The increase in the efficiency is achieved due to the application of new operations for compensation for masking interference, as well as operations for forming a set of single-frequency matrix signals of a complex phasing function instead of a set of two-frequency matrix signals of a complex phasing function with a higher dimension.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency (sensitivity and speed of response) of covert detection of radio-silent objects.
