FIELD: containers.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for receiving a fluid into a container and issuing this fluid from the container, and to a container containing such a device, which reduce the loss of saturation with carbon dioxide when filling containers with carbonated beverages. The device for receiving the fluid contains a cap containing a splash-proof element with a round lower part connected by a conical transition to a cylindrical annular part of a smaller diameter. A circular dispersing disc is located above the transition and is connected to the cap with a small radial gap between the edge of the disc and the splash guard. A fluid seal is located between the annular part and the open top of the container. The dispersing disc directs the fluid flow outward to the splash guard where the fluid passes through a radial gap around the disc and flows down in a laminar flow over the conical adapter and the annular portion. The lip on the bottom of the annular portion extends outward and downward to conduct laminar flow onto the side wall of the container, which is inclined at an angle of less than five degrees to maintain laminar flow along the side wall during filling.
EFFECT: improvement of a device for receiving a fluid into a container.
