SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of external wall panels, layered and single-layer, made of heavy and light concrete. A method for decorating a reinforced concrete outer wall panel, including the introduction of a molded, uncured panel of ground cement clinker before passing through a 5-mm sieve to form a surface layer of the product saturated with cement clinker, curing the panel, melting its surface layer with low-temperature plasma to form a vitreous film, and after melting, autoclave treatment at a temperature of 170-200°C and a steam pressure of 0.8-1.2 MPa for 8-10 hours.
EFFECT: proposed method makes it possible to ensure the safety and durability of the decorated surface of the reinforced concrete construction panel for the entire service life of the product.
