FIELD: heat engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and can be used in engineering for heating liquid or gaseous media, for example, as a heat exchanger. Recuperative heat exchanger containing a cylindrical body (3) having flanges (13) at the ends, made with the possibility of a detachable connection with a section of the pipeline in which the heating second working fluid flows, a collector (1) for supplying the first working fluid, a collector (4) for removing the heated the first working fluid, with each collector (1, 4) connected to at least one pipeline (2, 5), which provides the supply and removal of the first working fluid, as well as fixing the collectors (1, 4) inside the cylindrical body (3), in addition, the internal cavity of the collector (1) for supplying the first working fluid is connected to the internal cavity of the collector (4) for removing the heated first working fluid by at least one section containing at least one tier of the heat exchange pipeline (10) installed so that its outer surface is in contact with the heating second working fluid in the channel (6) for the flow of the heating second working fluid, while at least one tier of the pipeline (10) includes at least one curved section. A method for manufacturing a recuperative heat exchanger is also disclosed.
EFFECT: increasing the rigidity and strength of the heat exchanger, as well as simplifying the manufacture of the heat exchanger.
