GAS PUMPING UNIT Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC F02C6/06 

FIELD: gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: gas pumping unit is designed to compress natural gas on compressor stations of gas pipelines and underground gas storages. The gas pumping unit includes gas turbine engine (1) mounted on frame (2), compressor unit (3), suction tract (4), intermediate unit (5) connecting gas turbine engine (1) to suction tract (4), oil supply unit (6), ventilation unit (7), fire suppression unit (8), process unit (9), as well as exhaust system (10). Unit of gas turbine engine (1) is formed of walls of units: from one side – oil supply unit (6), from another side – fire suppression unit (8), from ends – intermediate unit (5) and compressor unit (3), from above – ventilation unit (7) and process unit (9). In process unit (9), there is hole (11), in which exhaust system (10) is located.

EFFECT: decrease in metal consumption and weight of the unit, as well as the building “spot”, due to the formation of the unit of gas turbine engine by walls of other units, and their compact location, and elimination of the need for supporting metal structure of the exhaust unit.
