FIELD: materials testing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for testing materials for fatigue, in particular to devices for controlling an electromagnetic machine. The effect is achieved due to the introduction of an automation unit device into the electronic control circuit of the electromagnetic installation in the form of two closed circuits: one for excitation of oscillations, consisting of an exciter coil, a thyristor inverter, a piezoelectric vibration acceleration sensor, an AC amplifier, a double integrator, a phase shifter, a limiter and a pulse shaper, trigger, control pulse shapers, and the other - to stabilize the amplitude of oscillations, consisting of a measuring body, a rectifier, a DC amplifier, a current regulator, an amplitude adjuster.
EFFECT: increasing the accuracy of estimating the parameters of fatigue resistance and the stability of the frequency of natural oscillations during cyclic tests according to the loading scheme of cantilever bending of flat samples.
