FIELD: foundry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundry and can be used for the manufacture of molds and cores. Liquid self-hardening mixture for the manufacture of molds and cores includes, wt.%: binder - 3.0-7.0, hardener - 0.4-0.6, foaming agent - 0.5-1.0, foam stabilizer - 0.05-0.10, water - 1.0-2 0 and refractory filler - the rest. The mixture contains ethylene glycol acetate as a hardener, a synthetic detergent from the alkyl sulfate group as a foaming agent, and a ready-made organosilicon binder as a foam stabilizer.
EFFECT: invention provides increased compressive strength, fluidity and survivability without reducing the gas permeability of the mixture.
