FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering. A two-stage bevel wave reducer with an electric motor contains a housing, a fixed housing wheel, an output shaft mounted on bearings, a bevel gear of the output shaft rigidly connected to the output shaft, an oscillating gear with two ring gears, which is engaged with the fixed housing wheel by the first ring gear, and the second ring gear - with a conical wheel of the output shaft, on the wheels included in one interacting pair, a different number of teeth is made to ensure a two-stage operation of the gearbox. The reducer also contains a fixed housing shaft made coaxially with the output shaft, and an inverted electric motor, the stator of which is rigidly fixed to the stationary shaft of the housing, and the electric motor housing is mounted on the rotor, made in the form of an inclined part of the crank shaft, the axis of which is inclined to the axis of the fixed shaft of the housing, containing hole through which power is supplied to the motor.
EFFECT: expansion of the functional characteristics of the gearbox is provided.
