FIELD: optoelectronic instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of optoelectronic instrumentation and concerns a method for manufacturing light-absorbing elements of optical systems on substrates of aluminum-magnesium alloy. The method includes pre-processing of substrate of aluminum-magnesium alloy by etching it in an aqueous solution of a mixture of nitric and hydrofluoric acids. After that, the first zinc layer is applied by chemical method, followed by the removal of this layer by processing in the aqueous solution of the mixture of nitric and hydrofluoric acids. Then, the zinc layer is applied again by chemical method, after which chemical nickel plating is carried out, followed by galvanic copper plating, and target complex chromium-containing coating is obtained by electroplating. At the same time, all operations of chemical processing and obtaining coatings are alternated with washing in running water. The final products are removed from the electrolytic bath, washed and dried outdoors at a room temperature.
EFFECT: increase in the degree of light absorption, improvement of the adhesion of each of layers of multilayer coating to substrate of aluminum-magnesium alloy and reduction in gas emission during operation.
