A jet-pneumatic semi-permanently operating proportional-integral controller consisting of a jet-pneumatic proportional-integral controller and a control command formation node to turn off the controller when the controlled value and its speed deviate from the task. At the same time, the stable initial position of the moving part of the regulator is ensured by regenerative feedback, which includes a sensitive element: the plate, the angle of rotation of which is registered by a nozzle-flap type node, two nozzles located before and after the power amplifier, while a compensation nozzle is located before the power amplifier, and after the power amplifier there is a zero-point displacement nozzle, and the jet-pneumatic proportional-integral regulator is connected to a disconnecting relay operating according to the function “Prohibition” and with two jet-pneumatic threshold elements located in parallel, and the first threshold element contains counter-located with respect to the sensitive element (the plate) nozzles connected to the output of the regulator and to the threshold signal of the error sign, and the second element contains nozzles connected to the advance block and the threshold signal for determining the speed sign.
