The vehicle contains a frame, a front rack, two rear racks, a rear rotary control socket, a control mechanism. The frame contains the upper surface holding the saddle, the front and rear ends located at a distance from each other along the longitudinal axis, the right rear side surface and the left rear side surface located near the rear end of the frame and placed at a distance from each other in the direction perpendicular to the plane of symmetry. The front pillar is pivotally connected to the front section of the frame through the front pivot axis.
