FIELD: medicine; pharmaceutics; nanotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of medicine, pharmaceutics and nanotechnology; it is intended for the production of a pharmaceutical composition with antimicrobial and antifungal activity. The method includes mixing of potassium iodide, sodium hypochlorite, acetone and aluminosilicate nanotubes in a solution and filtration of a precipitate. In this case, potassium iodide, sodium hypochlorite and acetone are taken in a weight ratio of 6:3.5:1, a 10% aqueous solution of potassium iodide is prepared, a solution of aluminosilicate nanotubes is prepared in a 10% aqueous solution of acetone with a ratio of liquid phase: solid phase equal to 1.0-20.0, then sodium hypochlorite and the solution of aluminosilicate nanotubes are poured into the solution of potassium iodide, simultaneously, slowly and evenly with mixing, and the reaction is carried out, providing a temperature mode of the reaction of no more than +8°C.
EFFECT: significant increase in the yield of the finished composition, significant reduction in the number of used aluminosilicate nanotubes, and stable, well-reproducible process for the production of a pharmaceutical composition.
