FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and is intended for ventilation of grain materials. The grain aerator contains a column, which is connected to the fan in the upper part, and its lower part is perforated. The length of the perforated part is more than half of the grain layer. Inside the column, separate annular bushings are inserted with the possibility of vertical movement, the total length of which is less than the length of the perforated part. Perforated discs with a central hole, the diameter of which is equal to the outer diameter of the column, are arranged concentrically with the column on the surface of the grain mound with the possibility of displacement. The outer diameter of the discs decreases from bottom to top. The diameter of the larger disc is smaller than the diameter of the column vent. The diameter of the disc perforations is larger than the grain size, and their open area increases in the radial direction from the column. The discs are assembled from separate sections.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of grain ventilation in the embankment by increasing the uniformity of the distribution of the air flow, the differentiated effect of the air flow on the grain mass and increasing the volume of grain ventilation by the aerator.
