FIELD: measuring blocks.
SUBSTANCE: measuring block of the test assembly for studying the operation of units and modules of fuses under the action of overloads contains a recorder, which is mounted on a bracket with a power source and includes a printed circuit board containing a multichannel microcontroller equipped with a switching electrical connector with a stationary reader, a memory device, an analog - digital and digital-analog converters. The internal volume is filled with picein, which ensures the tightness of the structure during the shot and the possibility of removing the recorder board after the shot when the picein is heated. The negative current output of the always-on power supply, together with a similar current output of the printed circuit board, is removed from the design with the possibility of switching immediately before testing. The bracket provides the possibility of adapting the recorder to the location in the test object. The shape of the bracket is selected from the specific conditions of the recorder placement. The electrical communications of the recorder with the test object are carried out using the transit of wires through the structural elements of the test object without violating the functional properties of these elements.
