FIELD: building materials industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of building materials industry and can be used for the manufacture of building products and structures in the technology of additive manufacturing by layer-by-layer extrusion (3D printing) of a building mixture. Construction raw mix for 3D printing includes, wt.%: Portland cement, containing, wt.%: tricalcium silicate 68.1, tricalcium aluminate 7.2, 21.0-24.0, quartz sand with fineness modulus 2.2- 2.4 and humidity 1-2% 61.04-64.49, superplasticizer "Polyplast SP-1" based on sodium salts of polymethylenenaphthalenesulfonic acids 0.21-0.24, finely ground pozzolanic component - metakaolin with a hydraulic activity of at least 1200 mg/g and grinding degree of at least 2000 m2/kg 2.1-2.4, polysiloxane ether "MasterPel 793" 0.010-0.012, water 12.190-12.308.
EFFECT: reducing the consumption of Portland cement and superplasticizer in the building mixture, increasing dimensional stability and ensuring the absence of defects in the form of ruptures in printed layers from the building mixture with the possibility of extruding it on building 3D printers that implement the layer-by-layer extrusion method, reducing shrinkage deformations, water absorption and increasing the flexural strength of hardened 3D printed composites.
