SUBSTANCE: device includes a hydraulic motor located in a horizontal container immersed in the stirred product, the shaft of which is connected through a damper sleeve with a propeller. The hydraulic motor is mounted on a vertical rack, which is interfaced with the tank through a sliding bearing and is made with the possibility of vertical movement along the guides, due to the force action of the hydraulic cylinder rod and rotation around its axis, using a crank mechanism driven by an electric motor. A high-pressure flow of hydraulic fluid is supplied to the hydraulic motor using flexible hydraulic hoses from a pumping unit consisting of an electric hydraulic pump, a hydraulic tank, an oil filter and a device for cooling the hydraulic fluid. The operation of the hydraulic cylinder is provided by an auxiliary hydroelectric station.

EFFECT: device provides efficient mixing of the liquid in a horizontal container.
