FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and can be used for producing liquid bacterial biopharmaceuticals for protecting plants. Method for producing liquid bacterial biopharmaceuticals for protection plants against fungal diseases includes cultivation of microorganisms in a liquid nutrient medium containing diatomite powder with a particle size no greater than 0.5 mm as calculated for 10 g per 1 litre of the medium and gelatin as calculated for 10 g per 1 litre of medium. Bacterial strains of Bacillus mojavensis PS17 or Pseudomonas fluorescens WCL5365 are used as microorganisms. The liquid nutrient medium is autoclaved prior to the introduction of microorganisms, and the microorganisms are cultivated in an incubator shaker at a temperature of 27°C and at 150 rpm for 2 days, resulting in the production of a biopharmaceutical in the form of a suspension containing, along with bacterial biological agents, the natural silicon-containing mineral diatomite.
EFFECT: proposed method for producing liquid bacterial biopharmaceuticals allows for an expansion in the spectrum of activity of biopharmaceuticals by satisfying the need of plants in silicon, wherein the resulting biopharmaceutical protects plants from fungal diseases, stimulates the growth and development of plants, and increases crop yield.
