FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry and is intended for sealing the annular space of the wellhead between the conductor and the technical column, in underground gas storage facilities. A shelter is proposed, including a composite housing with a sealing element placed in it, a composite bottom box, studs and annular space outlet. The composite body is located on the bottom and welded to it. At the same time, the bottom is welded to the end of the conductor and is made with an internal hole for the technical column with the possibility of compensating for the eccentricity between the technical column and the conductor. In the upper part of the composite body, a composite bottom box is installed with a gap, interacting with its lower end surface with the upper surface of the sealing element with the possibility of compensating for the non-roundness of the technical column. The lower part of the composite bottom box is made with an inner diameter that ensures its free movement relative to the technical column, and the upper part of the composite bottom box is made with an inner diameter so that a cavity is formed between its inner surface and the technical column, which communicates with a radial horizontal channel made in the side surface of the composite bottom box and not limited by the upper end of the composite housing, and also communicating with a radial hole made in the composite housing and communicating with the interface between the lower end surface of the composite bottom box and the upper surface of the sealing element. The sealing element is made split and placed in a composite housing on the bottom. A clamping cover with through axial holes for studs is installed on the composite bottom box, the lower ends of which are located along the outer surface of the composite body and welded to it, and their upper ends are fixed with nuts. At the same time, the studs are installed with the possibility of creating a uniform force transmitted from the clamping cover to the bottom box and to the sealing element along the vertical axis. Each of the parts: the bottom, the composite body, the composite bottom box, the clamping cover is made in the form of semi-rings welded to each other, and the outlet of the annular space is welded to the hole made in the conductor.
EFFECT: ensuring sealing of the annular space of the wellhead between the casing conductor and the technical string both in wells in operation and in newly constructed wells.
