FIELD: vending machines.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water vending devices, i.e. to water vending machines by automatically controlled delivery of water from a common tank into the buyer’s container. The technical problem is the need to increase the efficiency of the filling chamber protection from icing in winter due to the possibility of freezing of overflowing water on the elements of the filling chamber. The filling chamber for the water vending machine contains two side vertical walls, a rear vertical wall, a lid, a bottom made to form a container for overflowing water, a filling pipe installed in the upper part of the filling chamber, a drain pipe installed in the bottom, as well as a table mounted with support on the bottom and made with the possibility of water passing into the specified container for overflowing water. In this case, the table is located horizontally, and the bottom is located at an acute angle relative to the table, i.e. inclined to the conventional horizontal plane and, consequently, with a variable gap between the table and the bottom, so that the passage of overflowing water through this gap into the drain pipe is ensured. The drain pipe is located with an offset from the geometric center of the bottom in the direction opposite to the specified acute angle, i.e. in the direction of the maximum gap.

EFFECT: reducing the time of release of the tank the water overflowing during the vending process, which reduces the likelihood of the mentioned icing and reduces energy consumption for heating the bottom of the filling chamber in winter.
