FIELD: onboard control systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an onboard control system for a spacecraft for solving problems of orientation and navigation in offline mode. The substance of the invention lies in the measurement of the instrumental coordinates and brightness of the stars that fell into the field of view of an optical-electronic device rigidly fixed on the body of the spacecraft. Stars are recognized and used to determine the orientation of the spacecraft body relative to the current orbital coordinate system. To solve the navigation problem, the unit vector of the radius-vector of the direction to the Moon is used, which is associated with the orbital motion of the spacecraft and measured by means of the same optoelectronic device that is used to recognize stars when solving the problem of the orientation of the spacecraft body.
EFFECT: increasing the accuracy and efficiency of solving the spacecraft navigation problem due to the fact that a priori information about the spacecraft operation orbit is not required to solve the navigation problem.
