SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of energy. A device for increasing the degree of dryness of the steam of a steam injection boiler comprises a front head (1), a shell (2) and a rear head (3), while the front head (1) is connected to the shell (2) by flanges and the shell (2) is connected to the rear head (3) flanges. On the outer edge of the front head flange (1) there are many holes (1.8) for compressed air circulation, perpendicular to the front head (1), in the middle part of the opening of the front head flange bolt (1) in the compressed air inlet (1.3), and this the inlet channel (1.3) for compressed air is connected to the channel of the fuel pipe through holes (1.8) for compressed air circulation. A plurality of holes (1.10) for heat dissipation by compressed air are provided on the front end surface of the front head (1), these holes (1.10) for heat dissipation by compressed air are perpendicular to the holes (1.8) for compressed air circulation and are connected to them. The air heat dissipation nozzles are located at the rear ends of the compressed air heat dissipation holes, and a plurality of air heat dissipation injection holes parallel to the front end surface are evenly distributed on the periphery of the air heat dissipation nozzles.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to improve atomization and combustion of fuel, to completely protect the front end surface of the front head and various insert elements from damage caused by high temperature.
