FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the radio engineering industry and can be used in systems with phased antenna arrays (PAA) using the monopulse direction finding method. In phased antenna array containing four row-column distributors, wherein each branches the UHF signal in one of the quadrants of the aperture using one column distributor and N row distributors, a main distributor, emitters and phase shifter control nodes, wherein the row distributors containing coaxial-to-stripline transitions, multi-channel power dividers, phase shifters, wherein each is connected by the input to one of the outputs of the multi-channel power divider and by the output to one of the stripline group emitters, are combined with the column distributors by coaxial lines, a beam control system is additionally introduced, consisting of a computing part implemented in the form of one or a set of blocks installed directly on the phased antenna array, and actuator parts constituting a component of the line distributors implemented in the form of one or multiple printed circuit boards, the outputs whereof are connected to the control inputs of the phase shifters included in the line distributor, and the input is connected to the computing part of the beam control system, wherein the multi-channel power dividers are made in the form of series-connected couplers implemented as directional couplers with face communication, made on a symmetrical strip line with dielectric filling, the unutilised inputs whereof are loaded on matched loads, made in the form of case-based UHF resistors with an installation flange.
EFFECT: reduced weight and size characteristics of the PAA with an improvement in the technical characteristics thereof due to the reduction in losses and increase in the extreme power of the emitted signal.
