SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry, in particular to the production of oil from productive low-permeability formations. A method for developing a productive low-permeability reservoir includes selecting microwave treatment parameters individually for each well, pretreating the well with hydraulic stimulation to create microfractures in the reservoir along the entire length of the horizontal well, then permanently placing a downhole tool in the horizontal well with at least one microwave emitter to heat the oil formation connected to the ground power and control unit via an umbilical. The formation is heated by microwave treatment by means of a downhole tool. The downhole tool is moved along the horizontal well in forward and reverse directions, oil is extracted from the well using a pump. Preliminary treatment of the formation is carried out in the form of a multi-stage hydraulic fracturing with injection of a material with metal-containing nanoparticles that weds and passes through the production of the formation, heated at a certain frequency, which is chosen as the parameters for microwave stimulation of the formation with a total emitter power of at least 90 kW. An oil recovery pump is also lowered into the well with a downhole tool.

EFFECT: proposed method for developing a productive low-permeability reservoir allows expanding its functionality in order to use it for the production of light oil from low-permeability reservoirs, reduce material costs by using one horizontal well for heating and production, and effectively heat the reservoir to extract hard-to-recover oil from low-permeability reservoirs. formation due to preliminary hydraulic fracturing with injection of a proppant with metal-containing nanoparticles, heated at a certain frequency.
