SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to physiotherapy, namely, to a medicinal composition for physiotherapy (variants). Medicinal composition for physiotherapy contains an emulsifier, media gel, vaseline, and an aqueous extract from sapropel-type therapeutic mud as a medicinal substance, taken in a certain ratio; wherein the aqueous extract is prepared from therapeutic sapropel-type mud of Lake Kirek in West Siberia and natural mineral water of Altai Krai, containing dissolved silver in an amount from 4.6 to 6.8 mcg/l, taken at a ratio of 1:1. The medicinal composition for physiotherapy contains vaseline, a medicinal substance, an emulsifier, media gel, and an aqueous extract from silt-sulphide-type therapeutic mud as a medicinal substance, taken in a certain ratio; wherein the aqueous extract is prepared from therapeutic silt-sulphide-type mud of Saky of the Republic of Crimea and natural mineral water of Altai Krai, containing dissolved silver in an amount from 4.6 to 6.8 mcg/l, taken at a ratio of 1:20.

EFFECT: above variants of compositions allow for an expansion in the range of known means for a similar purpose.
