SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction. The fixing panel attachment unit comprises a body made in the upper part with an element of its attachment to the supporting fixing structure and which in the lower part is made with a fixing panel attachment unit. The fixing panel attachment unit is made in the form of a horizontally positioned plate, in which the ends of two opposite sides are made arcuately curved, and the other two opposite sides are bent in the direction perpendicular to the plate surface, and at the free ends are made with protrusions facing each other, used for fixing in them the response elements of the fixing panel. The lower part of the body is made with grooves facing each other to accommodate the plate of the fixing panel attachment unit in them with the arcuately curved sides of the plate in these grooves to ensure the angular displacement of the plate in the grooves relative to the body when the bent sides of the plate are located transversely to the grooves in the body. And between the body and the plate of the fixing panel attachment unit, an elastic element is placed to press this plate against the shelves of the grooves.
