FIELD: waste recycling.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for recycling of different liquid organic waste. An installation includes a vertical heat-insulated sealed case-fermenter with a conical bottom, a means for loading of a source organic mixture with a plug in its upper part, and a screw unloading device in the bottom part, a means for distribution of the loaded organic mixture, a device for supply of oxygen-containing atmospheric air, a perforated air duct, and temperature and oxygen content sensors. The installation is equipped with the central axis of rotation for the entire depth of the fermenter, in the upper part of which a device for distribution and mixing of the loaded organic mixture is mounted in the form of horizontal blades with vertical blades directed downward. In the conical part of the fermenter, the axis is equipped with a screw-separator, the screw surface of which is directed downward in the direction of the horizontal unloading screw with a decrease in the diameter. The device for supply of warm compressed oxygen-containing atmospheric air is made in the form of an impeller with a gas analyzer. The air duct is an annular pipeline placed along the upper boundary of the conical bottom, communicating with the impeller, having several perforated and muffled from below branch pipes deflecting from it, located along the conical surface of the bottom for its entire depth. The installation is equipped with an ozonizer and a water pump. A cover of the fermenter case is equipped with a branch pipe for water supply and a branch pipe for biogas removal to the ozonizer. The installation has a control system made in the form of a programmable computer.
EFFECT: invention provides for an increase in the amount of produced biogas, as well as the production of liquid compost.
