SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a mobile physical and chemical laboratory. The mobile physical and chemical laboratory contains a carrier vehicle with a cab and a van, divided by a partition into a transport compartment and a laboratory compartment, in which there is an automated workplace of the operator with a computer (7) and a moisture content and gas content meter of transformer oil, a meter of dielectric loss of oil are placed and fixed , connecting cables and gas pipelines for connecting the components of the control and measuring equipment to each other in accordance with the control scheme. The control and measuring equipment is located in cabinets fixed on the floor and behind the walls of the car van and on the common tabletop covering them and additionally includes a breakdown voltage meter (1), a tensiometer (2), a data acquisition and transmission module (8) with an output to the antenna (9) and a meter of components dissolved in transformer oil, containing a chromatograph (10) fixed on the tabletop through a damping device (17) made in the form of a rectangular platform from a set of metal plates interconnected by elastic elements.

EFFECT: invention increases the reliability of the assessment of the technical condition and diagnosis of high-voltage equipment.
