UNIT FOR PERFORMING A SET OF WORKS IN EQUIPPING CURBS OF MOTOR ROADS Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC E01C19/52 

FIELD: road building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to apparatus in the field of building. Unit for performing a set of works comprises five consecutively articulated modules. A sand hopper is supported by wheels by means of compensating hydraulic cylinders and shock absorbers. Placed on the sand hopper are: a front cabin, a satellite antenna, and a container with a water line. A noria with a sand line is built into the sand hopper on the right in the course of the unit. The left wall of the sand hopper in the course of the unit is replaced with a retractable hopper part with a retractable bottom. The mixer frame is supported by two wheels. Two ploughs, a levelling tool, and two mixers are attached to the mixer frame from the bottom. Placed on the mixer frame are: mixers, two sand dispensers, and two intermediate sand hoppers. A cement hopper with an agitator and a cement dispenser is installed on racks. Located above the cement hopper is a cyclone with a hydraulic motor of the cyclone fan drive, a loading pipe, and a cyclone dispenser. A back cabin and a satellite antenna are installed on the racks of the spreader. Two anchor-moving hydraulic cylinders are attached to the frame of the spreader. On the frame of the spreader, two right-side vertical guides are welded and two container-lifting hydraulic cylinders are installed. A roller conveyor and a disk are installed on the lifting frame. Another roller conveyor is installed on the frame of the spreader. A pusher is located between the spreader frame elements. Levers are hinged to the pusher. The levers together with the pusher and a clamp form a parallelogram-shaped mechanism. Satellite navigation equipment is installed in the front and back cabins. Laser navigation equipment is located on the spreading module.

EFFECT: provided continuous and full set of works in equipping curbs of motor roads.
