SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for producing moulded products by hot pressing. Hydraulic hot pressing unit includes a pressure pad containing fabric (2). The fabric (2) in the direction of the warp is formed by warp threads (3), and in the direction of the weft by intertwined weft threads. The functional threads (7) are connected to the rest of the fabric (2) in the direction of the warp and/or in the direction of the weft so that the thickness (9) of the fabric (2) in the effective range (21) of the functional threads (7) is changed relative to the thickness (10) of the fabric (2) outside of the effective range (21). The thickness of the fabric of the pressure pad is adapted to the printed relief of the pressure pad (16).

EFFECT: reliable transfer of the force required for complete impression of the elevations of the printed relief into the moulded product to the pressure plate.
