SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to biotechnology, immunology and microbiology. An expression vector based on a recombinant adeno-associated virus with an integrated genetic construct has been created that expresses a recombinant antibody having a CDR1 represented by the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO:1, CDR2 represented by the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO:2, CDR3 represented by the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 3 or having a CDR1 represented by the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:4, a CDR2 represented by the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:5, CDR3 represented by the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:6, or having a CDR1 represented by the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:7, CDR2 represented by the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:8, CDR3 represented by the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:9, and the use is also proposed this vector for emergency prevention and prophylaxis of the disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus.

EFFECT: inventions group provides for the creation of a recombinant viral vector that provides long-term protection against the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
