FIELD: food production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food production, in particular to methods for preparing fish feed. A method for reducing the concentration of toxic elements in the muscle tissue of fish involves introducing into the diet by spraying a thin layer at a dose of 0.707 mg/kg of feed finely dispersed calcium powders 9-10 mcm in size, pre-treated with ultrasound in physiological solution for 30 minutes at a frequency of 35 kHz.
EFFECT: use of the invention will reduce the concentration of toxic elements in the muscle tissue of fish.
