FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, namely to a machine for manufacturing mica-plastic roll and tape materials; it can be used in the production of mica paper used mostly as insulation gaskets, for example, between collector lamellas, insulation of windings of electric machines, high-voltage cables. Mica particles washed away by a water flow through a drainage hole come through a pipeline to an airlift, and then, to a pulp-making pool, after which they come for repeated processing through a receiving funnel of an intake device together with the main mica mass, while the intake device itself is made with rectangular channels.
EFFECT: increase in the quality of casted paper canvas, while reducing mica consumption.
