Molten electrolyte for a chemical current source, including lithium bromide and lithium sulphate, additionally contains lithium carbonate Li2CO3 and lithium chloride, at the following ratio of components, % wt.: lithium chloride 12.5…13.7, lithium bromide 25.1…26.1, lithium carbonate 38.9…40.4, lithium sulphate 20.9…22.4.

EFFECT: reduction in the specific enthalpy and the melting point.
