The makeup applicator can be used to apply an appealing mark to the skin using a stamp tool. The stamp tool can be rotated relative to the brush. The stamp tool can be used as an eye styling tool, giving the eyes a winged appearance. Accordingly, the stamp tool can be turned to the left and to the right so as to allow for eye styling, giving a winged appearance to the left and right eyes. The stamp tool can be selectively turned relative to the longitudinal axis of the mascara applicator brush.
