FIELD: testing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to testing equipment, specifically to equipment for high-speed track testing, and can be used in the design of a braking device used to brake rocket carriages. Brake shoe for missile carriage shoes contains a metal frame and a friction lining located on it, consisting of several separate elements with different friction coefficients. Friction lining elements with different friction coefficients are arranged sequentially on the metal frame to form a common working surface, part of the common working surface of the lining element with a high friction coefficient is initially smaller than the rest of the lining element with a lower friction coefficient. The overlays are made with a longitudinal section variable in thickness.
EFFECT: providing a smooth braking mode for rocket carriages with a brake mechanism drive based on powder pressure accumulators.
