MULTICAVITY MOULD FOR DIE-CASTING Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC B29C45/14 B29C45/26

Abstract RU 2779342 C1

FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular, to the technology for manufacturing rubber products by vulcanisation in a mould by casting. Multicavity mould for die-casting comprises a body 10, a loading cylinder 2, a piston 1, shaping cavities 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, gating channels 18 for the supply of the moulded material, and air channels 20. The loading cylinder 2 therein is formed primarily by holes in disks 3 wherein the shaping cavities 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 are made, located primarily in the cylindrical mould body divided into a fixed part of the body 10 and a detachable part of the body 13. The width of the detachable part therein is essentially equal to the diameter of the hole in the mould body.

EFFECT: increase in the productivity of labour, use of series-produced hydraulic presses intended for moulding products from thermosets with a bottom ejector, and convenience of the mould in use.
