SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to electric machines of the reactive switch reluctance type. The reactive switch reluctance machine consists of a rotor in the form of a toothed core and a stator consisting of C-shaped cores and coils. The stator is divided into fragments, each of which is connected to a separate phase and consists of two adjacent C-shaped cores. The pitch of the C-shaped core teeth in the fragment is equal to the pitch of the rotor teeth. Each fragment contains one coil, the winding of which is located only in the inner grooves of the two C-shaped cores included in it, located side by side.

EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of the machine.
