FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas flow control devices and can be used in power engineering to supply gases to consumers. The electromagnetic throttle valve consists of: a housing 3 with an inlet tip 15, a seat 4 with an outlet tip 15, an electromagnet 1 with a stop 9, a spring 10, an armature 2, a holder 6 connected to the armature 2 by a rod 5 and in which there is a spring washer 8 that presses the flap 7 to the seat 4, which have mirror-made slots 12 having a width of 0.8 of the magnitude of the anchor stroke, and jumpers with a width equal to or greater than the armature 2 stroke. In the de-energized state of the electromagnetic throttle, the flow through it is maximum, when voltage is applied to the electromagnet, the holes on the foot are blocked by the spool jumpers, and through the throttle there is a minimum flow through the side hole 13 located on the cylindrical surface of the seat 4. Thus, to overlap the passage section through the electromagnetic throttle, which is formed from the sum of the holes on the seat, it is possible to use an electromagnet without increasing the working stroke of the armature and, accordingly, dimensions and weight.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at the possibility of using electromagnets of direct-acting valves without increasing the working stroke of the armature in a wide range of flow rates of the working fluid, (required through sections of the seat).
