FIELD: burners.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to burners without pre-mixing, in which gaseous fuel is mixed with air upon entering the combustion zone. The burner device contains the first and second gas chambers. The basis of the device is a cylindrical body with a variable diameter, made two-stage; the first stage of the cylindrical body has a larger diameter compared to the second stage, the first and second branch pipes are fixed on the side surface of the first stage, communicating with the internal cavity of the body forming the first gas chamber, and through holes are made at the end of the second stage of the cylindrical body. The first branch pipe is equipped with the first cock and is configured to connect the first gas line to it, and the second branch pipe is configured to connect the first pressure gauge to it. A pipe is fixed inside the cylindrical body and coaxially to it, the inner cavity of which forms the second gas chamber; the first end of the pipe is brought out of the first stage of the cylindrical body, is equipped with a second cock and is configured to connect the second gas line to it, while on the side surface of the first end of the pipe the third branch pipe is fixed, communicating with the second gas chamber, configured to connect the second pressure gauge, and the second end of said pipe is brought into the furnace space of the gas-consuming equipment. A damper is fixed on the outer surface of the second stage of the housing, and a casing is movably installed with an interference fit, containing internal and external channels for supplying air to the combustion zone.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of associated petroleum gas combustion.
