SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fishing. The automatic cutting jaw device consists of a fishing gear in the form of a spinning rod, including a handle, an elastic element of a rack connected to a V-shaped form in the form of consoles, the front end of which is connected to a support arc with a curved arc, and its rear end with spiral arcs, the leg of the coil rests on the stop of the front console. The stop is constantly in contact with the leg of the coil, and the coil has a clutch to adjust the length of the fishing line and the tension force of the fishing line. The bending forces of the elastic element of the rack vary due to the deepening of the end of the rack into the ground and the pre-selected cross-section of the elastic element, depending on the peak load.
EFFECT: invention provides a compact design and increased usability.
